One World Week: Storyteller during lunch

One World Week: Storyteller during lunchLumen building, Droevendaalsesteeg 3a, terrace of the enclosed garden. 6 April 12:30-13:30.

Bring your lunch, find a seat, and enjoy.

Storyteller Carolien de Kovel of storytellers’ guild Eva Luna will tell stories about ‘origins’ from all around the world: the creation of heaven and earth, the origin of humans, and much more. The same questions about origins have been asked all over the world, the answers show great variety.

Storytellers stand in an old tradition, yet they are modern performers.

“Stories have to be told or they die, and when they die, we can’t remember who we are or why we’re here.” – Sue Monk Kidd, author
