As part of the multicultural& multidisciplinary festival – World Weave Festival (Instagram @worldweave2026), This workshop aims to introduce real-time movement and composition performances to more people.
The workshop consists of three parts with two breaks. First, we will explore expression through different parts of the body, for example the feet, pelvis and shoulders. From the body we will move in space and in relation to others in space.
Then, we will explore the use of voice in movement and composition. Engaging your full body to actively support your voice, you will learn to release your voice naturally during stillness and movements, and use improvising text and singing to support instant composition.
In the last hour of the workshop（16.00 -17.00）we will explore movement in real-time composition and create unique dance pieces in different sessions.
The workshop is open to everybody who is interested in body, voice and movement and open to discovery. No prior experience required.
Costs: regular € 25 p.p., reduced €18 p.p.
